restreint l’utilisation du nom et de l’emblème du CIPDH.
Le nom du CIPDH, le nom, l’emblème, le logo et le sceau officiel du Comité International pour la Protection des Droits de l’Homme sont protégés par la loi. Néanmoins, le CIPDH autorise l’utilisation ou la reproduction, ou permet à quiconque d’utiliser ou de reproduire ce nom ou ce logo à des fins non commerciales. Les membres et partenaires du CIPDH ne sont pas autorisés à utiliser le nom ou l’emblème du CIPDH, ou toute abréviation de ceux-ci, à des fins non liées aux activités du CIPDH.
Les membres et partenaires du CIPDH peuvent annoncer qu’ils entretiennent une relation contractuelle avec le CIPDH, à des fins d’avantage commercial ou de bonne volonté.
